Anybusiness Consult respects the privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information that a specialist shares with us. Hereby we will give on request an overview of the data being collected, the legal basis for the processing of personal data, how we use personal data, third parties involved in the processing of the specialist's personal data, safeguards applied in order to secure the specialist's data, the Company's obligations in relation to the specialist's data processing and the specialist's rights regarding the collected data. 



Anybusiness Consult processes only such personal data that has been obtained directly from the specialist. 



We collect specialist's personal data only for the purposes of finding portraits that match the specialist's profile and creating analytics about the job market for him/her. All data processing activities are carried out upon the specialist's permission, which is granted to Anybusiness Consult by accepting our Privacy Policy. 



If the specialist decides to create a profile in order to use the Anybusiness Consult service, then he or she is requested to provide his or her first and last name, e-mail address, current work sphere and information concerning his or her work expectations. We will not share personal specialist's information with any Company without specialist's approval. Anybusiness Consult will retain the specialist's personal data for no longer than it is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which the data was originally collected or processed. The Specialist's personal data shall be deleted at the latest upon the Specialist's request. The Specialist has the right to request access, erasure and removal of his/her personal data from

Anybusiness Consult will keep active files in case the law prescribes such a right. The Specialist is also entitled to raise concerns about the handling of his personal data to us. Anybusiness Consult reserves the right to change the terms of the Privacy Policy at any time by updating the Privacy Policy on the Anybusiness Consult website.
