SoftServe Business Systems request
In 2021, we started cooperation with SoftServe Business Systems. This is a Ukrainian product IT company that also has a service business. It is a subsidiary of SoftServe and develops software for the global FMCG market. Since 2003, SSBS has been creating a single ecosystem for all sales processes, implementing and supporting it.
We received a request to hire 20 Salesforce developers for a project for an international client. At the time, the recruiting team was not ready to take on such a challenge on their own. Therefore, Anybusiness Consult was tasked with covering the entire cycle of recruiting processes for this order.
Our results
Let's add a little spoiler - the result exceeded expectations. Our partnership with SoftServe Business Systems ended in a successful outcome and lasted until 2023 inclusive. The formula for our cooperation is simple: clear request + quality execution.
Anybusiness Consult helped the company hire 80 new IT specialists in various fields, from Salesforce and Full-Stack developers to business analysts. It should be noted that most of the new hires have Senior and Middle professional levels, and the list also includes almost 10 architects.
