The Anybusiness Consult x Atlas Magnetics, Co. cooperation started in 2021.
First of all, we received a request to fill atypical and highly specialized vacancies for office work: ATE Test Engineer, Characterization Engineer, Hardware Engineer, Electronics Assembler, Application Engineer.
The requirements for candidates were the same for all positions: knowledge of electronics and a programming language (Python or C++). There was a shortage of available specialists on the market due to a mismatch in salary expectations or candidates not being willing to consider working from the office.
As a result, our cooperation was so successful that we received new requests not only for technical positions, but also for managerial or administrative positions.
Our solutions
During the search for candidates, we considered specialists from all over Ukraine, including students of electronics faculties with knowledge of Python or C++.
We considered people from all over Ukraine, as well as students who studied at electronics faculties with knowledge of one of the mentioned programming languages.
The company provided and compensated relocation for candidates not from Lviv, which helped during the search. Anybusiness Consalt completely took over the HR interview function, which saved the client's time.

The result.
As a result, we found 15 technical employees for the company and continue to cooperate with them. In addition, we closed 2 more positions - an office manager and a Senior Accountant with a good level of English who works with foreign accounting.
