At the beginning of our cooperation, the kindergarten did not have well-established business processes. For the staff to work, it was necessary to structure communication and distribute tasks, write job descriptions, and set up primary HR processes (adaptation, loyalty, and motivation system). The client also had no sales and accounting processes in place.

We implemented a strategic session as one of the stages of implementing new standards and processes. In addition, 10 hours of coaching sessions were held for the business owner to correct managerial mistakes and change her personal strategy.

Over the 4.5 months of cooperation, we have established HR, sales and accounting processes, which has had a positive impact on business development. We started actively recruiting new employees, which resulted in higher service standards. The kindergarten has set goals and a development strategy for the year, which is now being implemented.
