A company that works with many areas of dentistry and provides its customers with comprehensive solutions for the selection of equipment, instruments, and materials. We have been cooperating for several years and each time we solve atypical, but at the same time very interesting work tasks together.

INSPE operates a system where each area, and there are 8 of them today, is led by a separate brand manager. There are few experienced marketers or category managers with good English and negotiation skills in the market.

It was important for the company to find a person who is both attentive to market analytics and knows what pricing is, and who can negotiate with manufacturers and represent the company at exhibitions. That is, the new specialist had to be deeply involved in brand development.

In order to select a larger sample of candidates, we suggested that INSPE become more flexible in the selection of specialists, and they supported this idea. After that, we considered candidates with different years of experience and areas of expertise.

However, we left important requirements - our ideal candidate did not work with food, cigarettes, alcohol, or businesses with a dubious reputation.

The result.

This approach to cooperation worked. At INSPE's request, we found two brand managers. On average, the market closes such vacancies (in this number) in more than 8-9 months, while our company managed to do it in just 6. In total, we considered 1090 (!) candidates.

The formula for success in this case is the client's flexibility in finding a solution and professional work with our team's analytics.
