The Anybusiness Consult x Park. Art of Rest began in 2020. The restaurant was looking for one of the main specialists - a chef who could establish all kitchen processes and update the menu.

Chef

Since it was a high-level position with a small pool of candidates, we adopted headhunting as our working strategy and explained its features to the employer. The recruiters immediately considered searching for candidates all over Ukraine, but first of all, they worked with local candidates. Eventually, we found a specialist in Kyiv, so the next task was to build the selection process correctly to eliminate all the risks of relocation. Our team had several online conversations, and the employer did the same. Then we conducted a test task on site at the restaurant and then began long negotiations on working conditions. From our side, we were constantly in touch, helping and advising on private issues of the candidate's relocation.

Over the next two months, the chef started working at Park. Art of Rest. We also want to dispel the stereotype that relocated employees soon return.

Our client has been working with this specialist for over 4 years. After a successful cooperation, the client returned with a request to fill another position - production manager. We also successfully filled this position in 1 month, and the specialist worked for 1.5 years.
