Initial request: 

• hire all the staff for production (up to 100 people).
  Positions were of different types and levels, from a cleaner to a production manager.
• set up primary HR and recruiting processes.

An interesting fact: the request came from our regular client. At that time, he was actively developing his company, as he was scaling to new areas and, accordingly, was at the stage of rapid growth.

What was the action plan for cooperation with Military tech?

What were the results?

• We hired 174 new employees in 4 months, with different levels of qualifications and experience (as requested). 
• We formed this team for 2 sites, as the client decided to open another production facility.
• We implemented an effective recruitment strategy with the right tools and provided support in all recruitment processes. Our team also became the sole executor and implementer of all tasks.

• formulate and describe the process of internal training, personnel reserve and labor regulations;
