Analysis of the Transcarpathian chef market so that the customer can offer competitive working conditions for their employees .

What was the process like?

We initially offered to set up HR processes with the hiring of a junior specialist, but later replaced it with HR outsourcing to better adapt to the client's needs. This includes the development and implementation of processes.

We have developed a mission, vision, values, handbook, recruitment, training, motivation, individual development plans, and job descriptions. The priority is to shape the corporate culture through training, team building, and work with managers.

What is the result?

Changing approaches to team management and corporate culture:

   - This is a painstaking and gradual work of HR.

Successful cooperation with the client:

   - The opportunity to work with such a valuable partner client.

   - High synchronization and understanding at a glance.

The expected final result:

   - A few months later, after the changes were fully implemented.

Creating an HR department for the Bogolvar resort is a way to harmony within the team.
