Statistics. There are currently 143 vacancies available on robota.ua for the query "coach". Work.ua analysts also note a general trend toward mental health care. The number of vacancies for the position of "psychologist" increased by 242%, which indicates a growing demand for specialists in the field of psychological counseling.
Marketers with an analytical approach
Digital marketing is the basis for every business: it is important not only to create a "beautiful picture" but also to be able to work with statistics, analytics, and forecasting. Hence, there is a growing demand for specialists who analyze data and predict consumer behavior based on AI data.
Statistics. According to the Djinni portal, in 2024, marketing became the largest category of new vacancies, with 2,536 vacancies opened in the quarter. And on Work.ua, in June 2024, 15,839 resumes were posted or updated in the Marketing, Advertising, PR category, with 80% of them being from young people under 35.
AI and machine learning developers
The world of automation is expanding, and professionals who specialize in AI and ML have tremendous opportunities for successful careers in the years to come. This field covers everything from chatbots and recommender systems to complex neural networks.
Statistics. According to the analysis of the Ukrainian labor market, the demand for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) developers is showing steady growth. Over the past 10 years, the number of AI/ML specialists has increased 5 times, reaching 5,200 professionals as of January 2024.
Analysts (Data, Business, Crisis management)
Businesses need people who can help them make decisions. In a volatile market, managers who can lead a company out of a crisis are valued.
Statistics. According to the Work.ua website, the demand for business analysts is showing steady growth. As of March 2025, the average salary of a business analyst in Ukraine is UAH 47,500, which is 19% higher than in the same period last year.
Manufacturing and engineering professions
The demand for engineers, mechanics and CNC machine operators is growing. The main task is to make these professions attractive to young people and show their prospects.
Statistics. According to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the total demand for personnel in the labor market will grow every year, reaching 542 thousand people in 2025 and 669 thousand people in 2027.

Qualified HR specialists (HRM, HRG, HRBP, People Partner) create an environment for business growth. Motivation, comfortable conditions and staff development are key to the success of any company.
Statistics. According to a study conducted by robota.ua analysts, in March 2025, the daily number of published vacancies exceeded 106 thousand, which is more than the pre-war figures of January 2022, when this figure was 90 thousand.
