The NGO was looking for a Head of Communications in Lviv, with C1 English, the need to work in the office at least 3 days a week. An equally important point was the value-based selection. This position had quite high requirements for management experience and developed strategic thinking. An important selection criterion was that the new person in the team had to be focused on an idea.
Another factor in the selection of the CSO team was the coincidence of values and views. There was another request for the position of Communications Manager. The peculiarity of this vacancy is the task of finding a multitasker with experience in media, PR, communications, knowledge of working with social networks and a website. A high level of English is also an important factor.

Head of the Communications Department
Our recruitment team conducted the search from November to March. Candidates refused the offer to work in the public sector. However, we managed to find a specialist who was familiar with the activities of the Media Forum, liked its work and the results that society receives.
Communications Manager
The most difficult part of finding a specialist was that they now choose to work in highly specialized areas. When our recruiters found the perfect candidate, the Media Forum team was actively preparing for their main annual event.

After three rounds of interviews, taking into account the internal changes in the NGO during the search, Anybusiness Consult offered the candidate to join the team in a new role for the organization with the possibility of heading the department.
