Hiring 6 specialists for a construction company
Anybusiness Consult cooperates with various business areas. We were approached by BUDHAB with a request to find 6 specialists for different positions. The company rents and sells formwork for any type of monolithic work. Accordingly, they needed highly specialized specialists with work experience. The company was looking for a chief accountant, an account manager/sales manager, a purchasing manager, a technical director, a formwork engineer, and a marketing generalist. Finding a solution
Chief Accountant
The main challenge our team faced was to find a full-time VAT specialist for the office.
The company had already made an offer to the first three candidates, but they accepted another offer. Accordingly, we continued the search and closed the vacancy.
Account manager/sales manager
The main challenge for this position was the periodic changes in the requirements for the candidate's experience. It was important to find a person who could combine different functional responsibilities.
Our team coped with this task successfully - we closed the vacancy from the first offer.
Procurement Manager
Among the employer's requirements were knowledge of English and experience in finding and negotiating with foreign suppliers. For this, 3 candidates received an offer. And of course, one of them soon joined the BUDHAB team.
The company took part in negotiations on salary expectations and, as a result, added compensation for fuel costs to the candidate's bonus package.
Technical Director
Anybusiness Consult recruiters found a specialist in Kyiv for this position. The candidate did not consider moving to Lviv. Then we offered a compromise solution - a temporary stay in Lviv and Kyiv, as the company agreed to cover the cost of housing in Lviv.
As a result, a relocation package was created for the specialist to compensate for the candidate's relocation expenses, as well as an increase in salary.
Engineer for work with formwork
When hiring for this position, we decided to look for a candidate among students. As a result, we found 2 students of the right direction on career portals, and for their convenience, we developed a work schedule that corresponded to the schedule of their classes at the university.
Marketing Generalist
We were looking for a candidate with high enough requirements and an understanding of the specifics of different marketing areas. At the time of the vacancy, the company had no marketing team.
