This service is suitable for companies that are planning growth or have encountered problems with their staff and need to take care of HR processes. HR processes will help you systematically develop your team and keep their motivation high. In return, we will help you set them up and implement them. Implementation often becomes the most important part of the success of all processes, because most people can describe the theoretical part, but not everyone can successfully implement it. How it works
In fact, like a hired employee, the subscription fee is monthly according to the size of the team.
We have full management on our side, we analyze the needs and come up with solutions on our own, because the whole team is under my watchful eye.
You will be guided by our colleague who will be able to fully know you and your characteristics, and during the meeting there will be a tour of your place and a short offline meeting with the team.
it is not a full-time employee; only up to 10 hours per week, but in return you do not worry about qualifications, have a reporting system and customized processes, even if you decide to refuse our services after 6 months.

Developing all vacancies, creating a library (no recruiting, only posting)
Development of the structure and all job descriptions or job cards within it
A system of one-to-one meetings, where we will zone all employees by risk, with checklists of typical questions; we will hold such meetings every 2 months on our own
