Setting up HR processes and opening a department

This service is suitable for companies that are planning growth or have encountered problems with their staff and need to take care of HR processes. How it works

  • In fact, like a hired employee, the subscription fee is monthly according to the size of the team.

  • We have full management on our side, we analyze the needs and come up with solutions on our own, because the whole team is under my watchful eye.

  • You will be guided by our colleague who will be able to fully know you and your characteristics, and during the meeting there will be a tour of your place and a short offline meeting with the team.

  • it is not a full-time employee; only up to 10 hours per week, but in return you do not worry about qualifications, have a reporting system and customized processes, even if you decide to refuse our services after 6 months.
